Buran-Energia

Here is a new set of pictures.

The first set is about Buran and Mriya.

The last set of pictures is about the VM-T Atlant transportation plane, we can see it carrying the Buran’s fuselage and the oxygen tank of Energia (MAKC):

Here is some pictures of the MIK building taken in 2006, we can see that since the collapse of the roof in 2002 no cleanup has been made, only a part of the roof was reinforced. We can clearly see the below of the Я block on the last picture.

Due to a failure in my internet connection, the download of the Buran’s encylopaedia was difficult those few days. I set up a new download system to solve this and now everything works perfectly.

I apologize once again for the troubles.

I added a section in the Built models part, for the OK-2.01 shuttle with inside and outside pictures, taken at the TMZ factory in Moscow.

Here is some pictures of the carry over of the OK-GLI shuttle from the Bahraini port to the German museum (Sinsheim Auto & Technik Museum) taken in April 2007.

I published today a page on the TsAGI institut (institut of aerodynamical tests), illustrated by lot of pictures of the mock-ups used in the wind tunnels, Buran, Energia EPOS,…

Update of June 9:

Addition of new mock-up pictures.

I put on-line a complete chapter on the SPIRAL project. Project which began in the 60s, it had to goal to make a horizontal thrower to put into orbit combat spaceplanes (before the project Star Wars).

At the moment there is only the French part, the translation into English will be on-line soon.
